Geodework took to their X(formerly known as Twitter) account to announce their recent participation in the ENS × Octant grants round on @Giveth to help them unlock more matching funds and spread the word about the Ethereum Ecosystem.
Geodework, a spin-out of the Ethereum Foundation, is a product studio dedicated to the global Ethereum ecosystem development. The organization achieves this by building educational and community infra products and tools, that includes Local Ethereum newsletter and Ethereum Job Board.
Geodework’s Local Ethereum Newsletter, was started with the aim of teaching users about the geography of Ethereum’s impact, the community meet-ups and policy adoption from across continents like Asia to North America and even Africa.
What the Round is About?
In Mid February, Giveth announced applications for the @ensdomains × @OctantApp Public Goods Quadratic Funding Round with an $80k USDC matching pool on @optimism.
ENS is Ethereum’s domain name system, decentralizing identity across web 3.0 Ecosystem while Octant has distributed $3M+ in public goods funding, for builders in the Ethereum Ecosystem.
Their most recent partnership round round kick started on March 18th, 2025 and will last until April 1st, 2025.
The applications were open to projects that met the following criterias;
- were verified Giveth Projects
- had an Optimism address
- and were in one the following categories: infrastructure, Utility or Education.
