The panelists were asked by the moderator, Onyeka Adedayo, how they joined the community and the benefits of being a part of the Creaitz community.

The first speaker, Ruth David, started off by sharing her experience when she joined. In 2023, she had openly talked about her goals to volunteer for different events, so she got recommended by her friend to join the Creaitz community.

From being a part of the community, she volunteered for Bole Festival. That helped her learn about customer support system and get paying roles. She also got different social media management roles and became a part different communities like Borderless, all from being a part of Creaitz.

The next speaker, Iberedem Udoh also known as Soll, joined Creaitz in 2022. Before then, he was a community moderator for an event where Onyeka Adedayo, the Founder of Creaitz, came to speak. After their connection he joined Creaitz community.

He also got to participate as a volunteer in the Borderless 1.0 event where he got his first physical role at the spot, all in the space of 3 months in the community. From that opportunity he has grown in the community and worked with different brands. He is also currently a community manager of Borderless, the largest blockchain community in Port-Harcourt, Nigeria.

The third speaker, Drapenvangelist, started off by expressing gratitude to the founder of Blockchain Uniport who provided a platform for him to connect with Onyeka, and by extension the Creaitz community.

Onyeka had asked a message on the community saying she needed reply guys, he sent a message, and he got the job in less than a week. His participation in the community has also led to an uprising, from being a reply guy to hosting events and being an integral part of the Creaitz community.

Finally, the last speaker, Anita Ikpeama, said she had wanted to join the digital space and was only seeing coding communities, and she didn’t want the usual developer route.

So she reached out to a friend who referred her to Creaitz and it was exactly what she needed. She joined the community and took initiative to be impactful in the community.

Mrs Onyeka needed someone to handle the relationship with her partners and Anita took the job and started speaking with several partners, during this she got introduced to several communities including borderless, now she is a designer and a partnership manager.
