Chinonso, popularly known as OXnonso is a 3D Artist and Airdrop Hunter. He started his session by discussing on what airdrops are, the types of airdrops and how to position for them.
He defined airdrops as the rewards given to early users of an application, for example DeFi projects, protocols or games. The users get rewarded in the projects native token when the projects launch. With the rise of tap-to-earn games there has become a wide misconception of what airdrops are, so he identified the two major types of Airdrops.

- Retroactive airdrops (airdrops that require you to use money)

Oxnonso advised newbies not to work as lone wolves. He urged them instead to join Alpha Communities, follow the right person and airdrop hunters on X & Telegram as this platforms are very important in the web 3 space, especially if one is farming Airdrops, connect with people of like goals and lastly, farm aggressively and just be active!
For strategies, he highlighted that there are no rules but with free airdrops it is very important to maximize profit where possible.

Asides Airdrops, OXNonso, spoke on his journey as a 3D artist, with over 8+ years of experience, and how to position for web 3 jobs. In his words, “To position for web 3 jobs, it falls down to visibility and skillset.” As a guide, he advised newbies to learn a skill, connect and build visibility. He also encouraged them to build their personal brand, especially on X ( formerly known as Twitter) and to reach out to projects with a good pitch.
